Large lounge/dining area with 3 sofas and dining table. TV with English channels available through a freesat box, extra 2 sofas outside on the naya. 3 bedrooms (plus 2 single pull out beds), ensuite bathroom and shower room. Modern kitchen, extensive crockery, glasses and cutlery with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven and separate utility room with washing machine. Paellera with two pans for your use. Large ouside dining area with table and 6 chairs. Stone BBQ. Large private pool with 6 sunloungers and table and chairs. Private drive with electric gate. Internet access, and air con fitted in all three bedrooms. Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms and lounge. Mosquito nets fitted on all windows. Quirky outside Tuk Tuk bar with fridge for your own pleasure (not stocked). Chill out area with 6 chairs and coffee table. Great for visiting local festivals and fiestas in the surrounding area. Many bars and restaurants in the surrounding villages. Can recommend Go Karting in Moraira & Javea. Great Segway tours in Benidorm.

La villa correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes , la piscine et la climatisation sont vraiment un plus ! Nous dirions juste qu’il manquait d’ombre sur la terrasse pour les repas à 6… La communication avec Jane s’est très bien déroulée et elle a su répondre à nos diverses questions très rapidement. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

La propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas. La zona exterior es increíble: zona de barbacoa, piscina y espacio muy amplio. La comunicación con la propietaria excelente. El único inconveniente, muchos mosquitos.

Amazing!
The property it lovely and in a great location only 8 mins drive to Javea. The pool area is just amazing, the villa is very well equipped with everything we needed for am amazing holiday for our family of 7 with ages 16 to 80!! Highly recommended

My husband and I purchased our lovely home in 2001. We have had many happy holidays with our family here over the years. After my husband passed away eight years ago, I am unable to use the villa as much as I would like and have decided to share our villa so that others can make happy memories too. My daughter, Jane, handles all the bookings and with her husband have worked very hard to prepare the villa and ensure you have a lovely holiday.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique property giving you space and privacy. The surrounding area has many bars and restaurants as well as beautiful beaches and coves. Benitachell is a traditional Spanish village with numerous fiestas, as well as Javea and Moraira. The Moors and Christians in Moraira, in June is very popular. Theme parks are in abundance in Benidorm as well as evening entertainment.

What makes this property unique

This property is perfect for a relaxing family holiday, exploring the fabulous Costa Blanca, perfect for walking or ideal for cyclists as there are many wonderful routes direct from the villa.
