Secluded but minutes from all services. Ideal for 2 people but it can 'accommodate four having a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two. Very cool but still equipped with air conditioning. Very quiet place. Private parking on the property '. Spectacular views of the surrounding hills and ancient capalbio country. It located right in front Capalbiaccio.

Bellissima casa
Siamo stati benissimo a casa di Maria Luce. Ottima location, vicino al mare e silenziosa. Maria Luce ci ha fatto trovare prodotti tipici del posto e del buon vino in frigo. Ci torneremo sicuramente tutto è andato benissimo davvero!

Casa bella e molto curata, giardino da sogno, ottima posizione.
Esperienza oltre le aspettative. La casa è veramente bella, pulita e curata nei dettagli. I letti sono molto comodi. E poi c'è il giardino, curatissimo e particolarmente indicato per bere un drink o organizzare cene con l'immancabile barbecue. Posizione invidiabile, sufficientemente staccata dal caos ma a un passo dai servizi e dai punti di interesse della zona. Padroni di casa gradevoli e solari. Agli appassionati di astronomia come me la consiglio perchè l'inquinamento luminoso è praticamente assente. La striscia della Via Lattea è estremamente definita e nelle sere senza Luna si rischia di passare l'intera notte sul lettino in giardino ad ammirare la pioggia di stelle cadenti che solo un cielo veramente scuro può regalare. Della bellezza delle spiagge della zona credo sia superfluo parlare. Gran bella esperienza.

casale della luce il top delle "casa vacanze"
Abbiamo scelto questo meraviglioso posto alla ricerca di un'oasi di pace non lontano da Roma.Scelta azzeccata per la posizione e per le tante possibilità che abbiamo avuto anche nei dintorni in quanto mare e ristorazione.Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria e la pulizia sia interna che esterna dell'immobile.Da consigliare veramente!!!!!

Sono stata una settimana con il mio compagno in questa oasi di pace.Il casale è meraviglioso e l'appartamento è un vero gioiello.La natura che lo circonda è fantastica, rigogliosa e avvolgente.Nondimeno è la quantità e la varietà dei menu che si trovano nel circondario.L'accoglienza e l'ospitalità che abbiamo trovato nel casale ci ha regalato un gran benessere allontanandoci dallo stress di Roma.Ci torneremo presto.Grazie di cuore.
