Our apartment is located in the quiet and small urbanization Guajara, just one step away from the historic center of the city of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. The city of La Laguna, religious and cultural capital, which was declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1999, is located in the beautiful countryside of the AGUERE Valley, surrounded by mountains in the beautiful Anaga mountain range where hiking is practiced.
We offer cozy accommodation, consisting of a bright studio on the ground floor, between two gardens. The studio consists of a diaphanous room that serves as a living room and bedroom that overlooks the terrace. Wifi and TV. The fully equipped kitchen, attached and independent, also open to the outside. Its access to the back garden allows you to eat outside or relax in the sun on the sunbed. A bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer. Double bed and a sofa bed for a third person. All kinds of information about the island is also available to you. Upon arrival you will find coffee, tea, fruit, bread etc. For a warm welcome. The nearest beach: La Nea in Radazul, is 10 min. by car, and Playa de las Teresitas at 15 min. by car Las Gaviotas, 20 min. by car where you can practice nudism. Two bus station stops 5 min and 10 min from the studio. Surfboard available for lovers of this sport and all the information available for hiking.

Welcome to my home where you have free parking, and also you will find a fully equipped, comfortable, cozy and sunny ground floor apartment, wifi, TV, and access two gardens. A perfect location for a relaxing vacation and an ideal base for exploring the island, swimming, trekking and eating "tapas" on the several terraces in La Laguna.
A spacious living room / bedroom with double bed, plus an additional sofa bed, and sliding glass door to the terrace and garden, bathroom with a shower, towels, fully equipped kitchen were you will find coffee, tea, fruits etc to welcome you the first day, a separate laundry room with washing machine. Terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or aperitif and a small garden for stretching out to read and lie in the sun. Towels, bed linen and blankets are included together with books, brochures and a guide of what to see, where to visit, local walks, beaches, restaurant suggestions etc.
Privacy guaranteed with its own entrance, parking is very easy, you are in a quiet surroundings in a private urbanization just 5 min. from La Laguna city. In the vicinity you will find a shopping center; with cinemas, entertainment, supermarket and restaurants. Around the corner from the apartment a bus stop, pharmacy, kids playground and restaurant. Very conveniently placed, close to the main highway and 10 min to the nearest beach La Nea in Radazul. The capital, Santa Cruz 10 min and also can drive to Las Teresitas Beach from there, Las Gaviotas beach where you can practice nudism or to the Nea beach in Radazul. The Norte Airport is 5 min, from the apartment.

The Lagoon has part of the protected natural space of the Rural Park of ANAGA of the Canary Network of Protected Natural Areas.
The rural park of ANAGA has the largest amount of sendemisms per square kilometer in Europe, having also been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in June 2015.

Much of the rural park belonging to La Laguna is also included as a Special Conservation Zone and Special Bird Protection Zone.
Lovers of cryptogamic botany have a special attraction in Tenerife, as the island's LAURISILVA provides abundant wet forests. In Tenerife there are about 399 species of mosses, of which 9 are endemic.
