Only steps away from the Iron Horse Lift with your own private hot tub, this chalet offers all of the comfort that you could possibly want, with a true Montana rustic feel. This unit is equipped with a gas grill on the deck & a sled for afternoon fun and flat screen TV's throughout. You can watch your kids sled from your back deck as you soak in the hot tub with a delicious beverage of your choice.
The Montana Mountain Chalet ski-in/ski-out multi-level Saddle Ridge sleeps 8-10 people and promises to provide the cozy escape to the 'TOP of the World' that we are all looking for. The master suite is on the top level and the other 2 bedrooms, bonus room, and full bath are on the lower level. The outdoor private hot tub looks out at breathtaking mountain views. The main level boasts vaulted ceilings in the great room with rustic log accents, a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace, dining area, and open kitchen with breakfast bar.
**We rent 25 ski-in/ski-out properties, all in Moonlight Basin, so if this property is not available, please contact us.
MOONLIGHT CLUB MEMBERSHIP - This home is owned by a Moonlight Club member and offers access to the private Moonlight Club Member Only amenities, including the Moonlight Lodge. Access is completely optional and only applies if you choose to pay the fee and access the Club during your stay.
Amenities Access Fee: $100 per day for a family for the duration of your stay (arrival and departure day fees are waived)

If access to Club amenities is desired, a family pays for the duration of their visit. If not arranged prior to arrival (you can call Moonlight Member services in advance at 406-995-7700), guests will visit Moonlight Club Member Services (located at the front desk of Moonlight Lodge) to check in, learn about what is available to them as a rental guest, and pay the amenity access fee for each day they are on property, fees waived for arrival and departure days. Please note, in addition to the standard rate, there is a service charge and resort tax.

We live in Big Sky full time and we are a boutique, family owned property management business that adores Big Sky, Moonlight Basin and all of Yellowstone Country and sincerely believes that your vacation here should be your best ever. We know Saddle Ridge, Cowboy Heaven, Moonlight Basin, and Big Sky extremely well, and we believe there is no better place to spend your winter or summer vacation.
We first vacationed in Big Sky in 2003 from Nashville, TN, and fell so in love with the area that we moved our family of 5 here full time in 2007 and have LOVED every minute of our life here ever since.
We know the importance of finding the perfect lodging and will work with you personally to make your vacation to Big Sky, Moonlight Basin, and Yellowstone your best vacation ever. After all, a good day on the slopes begins with a good night's sleep and a great place to cook breakfast. We know that each day should also include a warm fireplace waiting for you at the end of the day, a hot tub to cure the weary muscles for the next day, and great mountain views for you and your family and friends to soak up and escape reality.
Since we live in Big Sky full time, we are here to take excellent care of you every minute of your stay.
All of our properties are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We inspect them personally before each arrival. This property offers the option to access the Moonlight Club amenities including the Moonlight Lodge bar and restaurant for a daily fee + lots of space for everyone with 3 bedrooms + a bonus room. There is a king in the master suite with a flat screen TV and private bath. The private bonus room has a very comfy double bed with flat screen. This property is perfect for large families, 2 families, or a group that needs some separate rooms,
Perfect location, everything you need for a wonderful vacation
Roomy and clean. Very homey.
Location: 1 minute walk to the Moonlight Lodge (literally walk across the parking lot), which is right next to the drop-in for the ski-in down to the lifts. You can grab your lift tickets here, there's a lovely restaurant/bar for an apres, and the view is spectacular. There are also shuttles that run back/forth from the main Big Sky Resort base (mountain village) as well as downtown Big Sky.
The house: has everything you need, spacious enough for 8 people. The "bonus room" is actually a full bedroom - though it's a bit small, it has full privacy.
Communication: Acra is extremely responsive, pre-, during-, and post-trip. Can't ask for a more responsive and helpful owner.
Other stuff: make sure you take advantage of the Hungry Moose grocery delivery. Nothing beats getting to the house late at night and there already being snacks and beverages for a nightcap before tucking in. =)
We just returned from an amazing week in Big Sky. The townhouse was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our large family. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Also, the property is truly ski in/ski out. We hope to return to this house again and recommend it without any hesitation!
Our family of 5 stayed in the condo in March for our spring break. While the snow was not as good as we'd hoped for, the condo was great. Clean and neat, with all the amenities we needed for the week. Access to ski lift at Moonlight Lodge was fantastic, and the hot was awesome with beautiful view of the mountains. We ate out most nights and enjoyed Olive B's and Buck's T-4 for dinner. Had lunch at Everett's a few times and it was really good too. All in all a great trip.
We had an amazing time at the Saddle Ridge rental. The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, updated, very comfortable for two families sharing. It IS a true ski in-ski out property with the bonus of having an amazing lodge within 1 minute walking distance which had everything you needed--lift tickets, restaurant, bar, and a small ski store. The owner/property manager was very helpful through the selection, booking, and check-in/check-out process. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
