Typical Mallorcan centenary house located in Fornalutx (UNESCO heritage). Surrounded by the highest mountains in Mallorca with magnificent views over the Soller Valley. Located among fruit trees will make your stay an unforgettable vacation.
The house has a typical Mallorcan entrance with a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms, one of them with a sofa bed. Bathroom with washer and dryer. It has heating, air conditioning and WIFI throughout the house.
The whole house is fully equipped with bed linen, bath and pool towels.
Quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Beautiful villa with pool!
We had a brilliant stay at this beautiful villa. It was clean with good beds and good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Air conditioning in main living space and 2 of the bedrooms, and fan in third bedroom. Stunning pool area with views of the village and mountains. Excellent mini supermarket in Fornalutx with pretty much everything you might need. Fornalutx also has a handful of bars/cafes and restaurants serving a range of great cuisine, our favourite was Es Turo. The drive up to the house is perfectly do-able l, even in a biggish SUV - we had a Lynk and Co 01 model and managed it fine (just watch out for potholes and olives trees). Literally in town in minutes in the car, or a 15 minute stroll past the pretty terraces of olive trees and sheep (if you want to keep fit!) and a slightly hotter walk back up!!!! We had a brilliant time and can’t recommend this place enough. Perfect for a relaxing stay close to the beautiful mountains and close enough to Puerto Soller for a proper beach resort. A*****

Paradise!
We had a week here as a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 8 and 11. The place is magnificent with the view down over the pool and gardens down to soller and the mountains behind. The whole area is stunningly beautiful and if you are looking for quiet and calm in a gorgeous setting, this is it. The house itself is very well kitted out and Aircon in the main room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. It has a nice big kitchen with all we needed. There are 2 different outdoor seating options which gives a nice element of choice depending on where the shade falls. The pool is fab. Our hosts were extremely attentive; we had a few minor issues during the week but all resolved very quickly. Technically it would be possible to walk to fornalutx but it was always too hot for this to seem like a viable option. Parking is a bit of a challenge there, as is driving through the village as the roads are very tight. Supermarkets etc can be found in Soller, about 15 min drive away - lovely. We did walk to Biniaraix and found a nice restaurant there. All in all our week was fantastic. I would highly recommend this house and location. There were 2 small points of attention - one is that the access to the house is a bit of a hairy drive along a very narrow, poorly maintained road, with wall along one side and a drop on the other. As a previous review said, get fully comp insurance, we didn't have a scrape but not quite sure how!! Also the futon bed in the main bedroom was rather hard, not the most comfortable.

Amazing views
Wonderful stay at home with picture perfect views over Soller valley. Rooms we’re comfortable and the AC was welcome after walking the villages. Narrow vehicle automatic transmission a must. Landscapers pruned the road way through our stay and we no longer had branches rubbing the vehicle on the narrow road. Pool and olive/fruit trees on property were beautiful.

Amazing villa in Mallorca - Fornalutx
This is a wonderful property. Everything about it…just perfect. Walk to Fornalutx (fantastic village with small market, town square, good restaurants). We loved this porperty and highly recommend it. the Pool, the views…just perfect.

A dream house - there is no better place to relax on Mallorca
A wonderful house in a wonderful, huge garden, secluded and completely quiet. Yet only a short walk away from Fornalutx. The living room, or rather the hall that forms the living room, is a dreamy place to stay. The walls of this old house are so thick that it stays cool inside even in the greatest heat. The view to Soller and over the mountains is breathtakingly beautiful. You could do nothing but enjoy the view for days. The house is perfect for 4 to 6 people to find total relaxation. If you need more than the spectacular nature in which the house is embedded, you will find fast internet and a good TV with extensive programmes. Only the equipment in the kitchen could be a little more extensive, there is no shade at the pool and the sun protection on the wonderful terrace in front of the house definitely needs to be renewed for the summer. But apart from these aspects, there is nothing to complain about in this dreamlike complex. We would like to come back again and again.
