House located 2 km from the town of Pleumeur Gautier, 3 km from the sea and Lézardrieux. Located between the estuaries of Trieux and Jaudy, in the heart of the wild peninsula Lézardrieux, the Domaine du Pontol, sîte preferred to stay where begins the Pink Granite coast, one cable Island Bréhat, Paimpol and Perros-Guirec.

The house includes a living room with fitted kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, wc. 2 bedrooms (3 beds 1 pers, 1 bed 2 people). Cot, highchair and baby bath. Cheques holidays and pets are allowed. Yard, lawn, playground, table tennis, parking. A barbecue is also available. Bed linen and cleaning are available upon request.

Le bien correspond bien a la description. Situé dans un endroit calme et bien situé. Néanmois, le ménage à l'arrivée était quasi innexistant, les murs sont "fins" on entendais les conversations des voisins. Le wifi n'a pas fonctionné de notre séjour (15 jours). Le propriétaire est sympa, on peut le joindre facilement. Bonne vacance malgrés tout

Super séjour dans ce gîte
Première fois que l'on découvrait les Côtes d'Armor, et certainement pas la dernière ! Pas très loin des principaux sites à visiter recommandés par le propriétaire. Un sejour très agréable !

Nous ne reviendrons pas !
Nous avons loué ce logement pour 1 semaine en famille. Malheureusement, la location etait non conforme à l'annonce, pas de lecteur dvd, ni WiFi, les jeux extérieurs sont en très mauvais état, la tv ne fonctionne pas, pas de condiments, pb de chauffage...Dans la buanderie commune aux 6 logements mitoyens: Seulement 2 Machines à laver, 1 sèche linge, 2 barbecues, et 1 fer à repasser, le tout en très mauvais état et surtout très sales, également 3 aspirateurs avec les fiches électriques rafistolés, et non sécurisé... Très mauvaise isolation phonique, nous avons entendu le voisin comme si il était dans notre logement (tousser, prendre sa douche, aux toilettes...), je suppose que lui aussi a dû nous entendre, ce qui nous a contraint à faire très attention de notre côté par respect pour lui qui n'était pas en vacances (travailleur qui installe la fibre). Et pour couronner le tout, les fourmis, dans le lit pendant la nuit...De plus, on nous a fortement demandé de partir avant 9h, hors la location stipulé un départ avant 11h. Et pour finir, on nous a fait payer 33€ d'électricité en liquide, ce qui ne faisait en aucun cas parti du contrat, étant déjà inclus dans le prix de la location !!! Ce que nous avons fait vérifier: Abritel, nous a confirmé que c'est bien illégal ! A savoir que le propriétaire à donc 6 locations sur le même lieu, à differents noms et inscrits sur 2 communes avoisinantes Pleumeur-Gautier et Lezardrieux.

Großartig!
Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Hunden eine großartige Zeit in Pleumeur-Gautier.Das Häuschen,die Umgebung,der Vermieter…einfach klasse!!Von unserer Unterkunft aus haben wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit,10 Autominuten,die tollsten Ausflüge ans Meer gemacht,waren lecker essen und konnten wirklich alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs einkaufen.Die Umgebung ist grandios,wunderschön.Zu gerne kommen wir wieder!Besten Dank für eine unglaubliche Zeit,Monsieur Le Goff!
