This beautiful little condo is located just steps to the water at the southern end of charming Imperial Beach.

The living room patio offers spectacular views of the Imperial Beach pier and the downtown San Diego skyline as well as the Coronado Islands of Mexico to the south! You can watch surfers, dolphins, pelicans, and seals frolic in the waves and listen to the sounds of the crashing surf.

Bird lovers can watch the fall migration of birds who stop in the Tijuana Estuary Wildlife Preserve during their flight from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego.

The Ocean is 10 steps from the patio! We loved it!
The sound of the crashing waves with little to no people. All you see is sand and sea! The sunsets are breathtakingly extraordinary! Ann is a wonderful host! So kind, helpful, readily available. Her house is fully stocked. Everything you would have in your home is there! We needed a place to unwind while still working. A quiet, chilled space. It was perfect. It has that same vibe as a summer cottage on a lake. Quaint and cozy and beachy. Thank you so much Ann! We are so grateful for our time in your home! You're the best!

Great for us!
The condo was accurately described, very comfortable and the ocean view was unbeatable. We had everything we needed, the bed was great, the kitchen equipped, the wireless fast and secure. I think it is perfect for a couple! It was easy to navigate from to visit other places in San Diego. The owner is responsive and obviously cares.

Steps away from the beach
This place was perfect for my husband and me. The view from the living area and patio is incredible. Listening to the crash of the waves was fantastic. Everything you need is here, the kitchen is well appointed. We did all our own cooking with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at the easy access to the beach. Also pleasantly surprised at the complete lack of crowds and peaceful quiet. This place will not be for everyone… it’s a bit small, and the interior is a little dark. But for us, it was a perfect fit. Hope to come back next year!

Great location in imperial Beach, I love listening to the ocean waves and watching the beautiful sunsets right outside our back door. Ann was very helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

Awesome
If you enjoy non obstructed ocean views that include surfers and beautiful sunsets you can't get any better than this! And if you walk out to the front of the condo, you can also watch the sunrise! The condo is clean, well appointed and has very comfortable beds! Our month here flew by and we are hoping to stay here again!
