In a very quiet area where it is easy to park for free near the market, train station and a few minutes walk from the beach.
Two fisherman houses combined into one.
170m2 living space.
Large sunny flowery courtyard of 40 m2.
Double-friendly living. high-ceilinged rooms. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Independence of bathrooms and bedrooms for 2 families.

GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance. Double living room with TV, wifi. Dining room with table for 12 people. Separate kitchen with dishwasher.

RIGHT STAIRS:
*1st floor :
- Bedroom with 0,90m bed, breakfast table, coffee table, TV, (like studio)
- A bathroom with tub and toilet
 - 1 shower in the mezzanine
- A separate kitchenette, well equipped mid-floor (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, small refrigerator, 2 hotplates, nespresso, kettle)
* 2nd Floor:
- 2 bedrooms, one with two beds, 1.40m and a 0.90m and one with a bed of 1,40m.
Libraries in all rooms and in the living room with many diverse books available. TV with DVD player and many movies. Wireless

STAIRS LEFT:
* 1st floor :
- Large bedroom with 1,60m bed, large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, toilet halfway stage.
* 2nd Floor:
- Two rooms with bed of 1.40m each. One with a dresser and a large desk to work if necessary. The other with a dresser.

Une super semaine à Trouville
Cette maison est géniale, grande, située à proximité de la gare, des commerces, du marché des restaurants et de la plage. Les deux ailes de la maison ont permis à nos 3 adolescents d’être très autonomes. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain encore plus. Le jardin est un vrai plus, grand, lumineux et bien aménagé. Bref nous avons passé une semaine super, avec le soleil en prime!

Idéal pour un séjour en famille !
Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire avant le séjour et très bon accueil à l'arrivée par Peggy... La maison idéalement placée près de la gare, est très agréable et propose tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour... Merci.

Logement bien reparti pour 12 pers avec courette fort appreciee par mes amis te
Juste quelques petits defauts de materiels. Manque une cafetiere classique. Un grand couteau de cuisine a viande. Des portes manteaux au mur de la douche et tapis au sol pour eviter de glisser. Et surtout revoir la porte d entree pas securisee (les cles ferment que par 2 verrous car la serrure est Hs. ) et la vitre rafistolee de l interieur par rouleau de scotch qui ne tient meme pas la vitre. Pas rassurant. Autrement logement sympa..on s y est bien plu.

Top, proche du centre ville et de la plage
Très calme ! Dommage que la voisine nous avait fait des réflexions à propos de l'emplacement de stationnment (en face de l'appartement, pourtant la propriétaire nous avait bien dit que c'était autorisé). A part tout va bien ! Merci
