Full old town center of Vence on the Place du Peyra charming duplex entirely renovated on the 4th floor without elevator; and yes! The view has to be earned! Once at the top it is a little paradise!
The duplex consists of a bedroom with a large bed (160cm) and a bathroom with wc. A smaller bedroom under the roof with skylight and a single bed. The 2 bedrooms are separated by a curtain.
Upstairs is the brand new fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, everything you need for cooking, etc ... and a small living room with new TV.
FREE WIFI in the apartment
You are in the heart of the old town and all the shops are within your reach.
The kitchen / living room has 4 windows and a French window leading to the small terrace (you are on the roofs).
View of the Baous de Vence, the sea and the Place du Grand Jardin where the Nuits du Sud concerts take place.
Bed and bathroom linen provided.
Air conditioner.
Parking nearby.

In the heart of the old town of Vence Charming Duplex Apartment entirely redone on the 4th flour without elevator, but once on the top you deserve the view! Over the Baous of Vence, the sea and the main square "Place du Grand Jardin" where the concerts of The Nuits du Sud are taking place in July. At the top it's a little gem!
The apartment is composed of one bedroom with a large bed and bathroom with toilet. A smaller room under the roof with skylight and a single bed. The two bedrooms are separated by a curtain.
On the top floor is the brandnew kitchen with everything one need and a small living room with TV.
FREE WIFI AVAILABLE in the appartment.
You are in the heart of old Vence where everything goes on with all the shops, restaurants and cafes around.
The kitchen / living room has four windows and a door window that take you on a small terrace. You are on the roofs of Vence with a stunning view!

die wohnung ist schöner als auf den bildern! man hat aus den verschieden ausgerichteten fenstern tolle blicke auf stadt, markt, berge und meer. obwohl mitten in der stadt total ruhig. sehr sauber und gemütlich. viele lampen für den abend. und eine sehr sympathische vermieterin.

Amazing location and magnificent views
I very much enjoyed being in the center of things in Vence, right there in the Old Town, which is so incredibly charming. The apartment itself in on different levels, with the top level having views on three sides. The view from the kitchen sink is of the Mediterranean some ways below. Other windows look out on the red rooftops and the nearby hills. It is a comfortable place, and the owner could not be nicer or more accommodating.

Die perfekte Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist gemacht für den perfekten Urlaub! Die Terrasse ist klein aber für zwei Personen sehr bequem und die Aussicht sehr sehr schön. Zwei Klimaanlagen können unabhängig voneinander für das Wohnzimmer und für das Schlafzimmer benutzt werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist dadurch angenehm kühl und kann komplett abgedunkelt werden. Wegen der Lage gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm und auch die Bars und Restaurants bedeuten keine Ruhestörung. Die nächste Bäckerei ist direkt im Erdgeschoss und hat viele leckere Produkte. Die Küche ist nicht üppig aber gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber und modern eingerichtet. Eventuell ist sie für sehr große Mieter etwas zu beengt aber für uns war sie absolut perfekt und wir hoffen dass wir bald wiederkommen können. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und wir haben eine gute Lösung gefunden für den wegen Corona ausgefallenen Urlaub letztes Jahr.

Au coeur du village avec vue sur la montagne
Gîte charmant, très agréable, confortable et spacieux. On domine Vence et la petite terrasse permet des petits déjeuners au soleil avec vue sur les montagnes. Tous les commerces sont au pied du gîte et de nombreux restos vous accueillent à la fraîcheur du soir. Hôtes charmants et le gîte est bien équipé.
