A deposit of 250 € will be required upon your arrival and returned within a week.
The final cleaning is at your expense. We offer you the opportunity to do it for you. This service will come back to you at 45 euros (payable at the inventory of places of exit).

On your arrival for troubleshooting you will find:
- paper towels and toilet paper
- dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets
- necessary vinaigrette
- Guinean salt and pepper, various spices.

Pets are welcome. The apartment is absolutely non-smoking.
A bicycle storage is available.

The beach is 300 meters but the sea is present at the foot of the building. You can swim there or go sailing, fishing on foot.

You can also reach in 15 minutes walking the Citadel and a restaurant on the beach. The main shops (bakery, cheese, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy ...) and restaurants are within walking distance in 7-8 minutes, located in the "grand'rue".
