COZY LOG CABIN CHARM:
The cabin "Big Ponderosa" is nestled mountainside among large ponderosa pine trees and overlooks the golf course. The interior has unique arched doorways and large exposed beams. This is a great place to enjoy peaceful views, family-time and nature.

TWO LEVELS FOR PRIVACY AND COMFORT:
Your family will enjoy plenty of space to spread out.

Main floor: 1500 sq ft, 3 bedrooms (queen / queen / twins); 2 bathrooms, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen and deck.

Lower level: Additional 500 sq ft studio; queen with privacy curtains; 1 bathroom. Electric fireplace, foosball table, games and outdoor patio. (Lower level is excluded from mid-term 30+ days leasing.)

We have a selection of board games, wireless Internet, Smart TV's, DVDs, Netflix and Disney+ for entertainment.

THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is well stocked and great for entertaining with granite counter tops and convenient breakfast bar area. There is a separate adjoining dining room. The deck area has a gas grill. Outdoor furniture is provided in the warmer summer months through October.

The house is equipped with central air conditioning and has a main floor washer and dryer.

PARKING:
Parking is assigned to the 2-car garage and parking spot directly in front of the garage. (Sorry no space for RVs. No off-site parking.)

We have a shared driveway with neighbors. The homes are well spaced apart and are separated by two detached garages. We have an EV charger / level 2 in the garage for electric vehicles.

WINTER RESERVATIONS (November 1st through March 31st):
Ideal for skiers and snow adventurers! Are you dreaming of a cozy log cabin in a winter wonderland? Look no further. Cross-country ski trails, snow shoe trails and snow play are available outside our back door. Location is approximately 25 miles to Stevens Pass ski area (30 minute drive).

DECEMBER RESERVATIONS:

Please send us an inquiry if you are interested in December or Christmas dates. There is a 4 night minimum over Christmas week. We ask guests to answer a couple questions first to ensure this location will be the right fit for you, then we open the calendar for your reservation request. The cabin is decorated for Christmas. Leavenworth is known for it's Christmas lighting festival. Other highlights include the Leavenworth Reindeer Farm and sleigh rides at nearby farms.

NAVIGATING THE SNOW:
The practical side of snow fun requires that you be experienced and comfortable at navigating snow conditions.

All winter reservations REQUIRE all-wheel drive vehicles (4x4, SUV, Crossover, Subaru etc.) and traction tires for access.

You must be snow adventurous and willing to use a snow shovel or snow blower if necessary.

The community roads and driveway are plowed regularly; however, they are secondary roads so drivers should expect compact snow and ice. Due to the steep grade, vehicle and winter tire requirements mentioned above are necessary.

A snow blower and shovels are in the garage for your use if necessary during snow events. The house is located on the upper level of the community mountain roadway, which means roadways are steep but we have great views.

MID-TERM LEASING:
The 1500 sq ft main level of this beautiful log home is available for mid-term 30 day + rental. This is a great location for reverse snowbirds. Inquire for lease and price reduction information.

• Security camera disclosure: For the security of the property, external security cameras monitor/record (audio/video) the driveway and entrance points.

• There is no cable TV or local over the air TV. However, free wireless internet is included in your stay.

• The outdoor propane firepit table is available in summer season, weather permitting through Oktoberfest only.
