The farm has 4 apartments: the four-Rosa is one of these. Located on the top floor, has three double bedrooms and double living room with kitchenette 4 ring furnished with a dining table, two bathrooms with shower and hair dryer, and finally a large private terrace furnished with sunshade (28 square meters). The apartment derives from the union of two apartments, possibly available separately, Alloro and Ulivo.

Dating back to the 18th century, the house has been recently renovated preserving the original construction features, with exposed ceiling beams, stone walls and authentic antique furnishings. Access the main door leading to the main hall on the ground floor (with fireplace, wooden table with 12 seats, armchairs and sofas, TV area with Sky, tourist info points), and salt to the apartments on the first floor with short and comfortable internal staircase with handrail. The panoramic view of the olive grove or in the shade of ancient oaks gives each room an intimate atmosphere.
