Lovely 2 Bedroom Cottage Near Brenneckes Beach! Best Location in Poipu!

Beautiful two bedroom beachfront home across from famous Brenneckes Beach! Known for excellent boogie boarding, body surfing, surfing, and swimming! Just a short walk from your door and be on the sand! Breathtaking views from the hot tub on the lanai!! The property offers a beautiful and very spacious oceanfront yard with breathtaking views of the ocean and beach from every location. Our home is considered ocean front, as there are no homes built between our home and the ocean. You do need to walk across the lawn, pass through our gate, and walk across the beach road to reach Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach Park.

Beautifully decorated in elegant island style with a spacious oceanfront living area offering breathtaking views of the beach and ocean! The kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean as you whip up an island style meal on the lovely granite counters. Fully equipped with everything including a full-size washer and dryer we have been attentive to provide you with all you may need to feel at home in paradise.

The home features two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room is available for kids allowing up to six comfortably. For your home entertainment needs the cottage has cable TV and wireless Internet.

Indulge yourself in your private Jacuzzi on the spacious lanai (deck), BBQ as you watch the waves, or relax and enjoy the lawn and gardens. You'll also find plenty of fun near home with shopping centers, fine dining and live entertainment nearby. For larger groups, our family owns many of the homes surrounding this home!

Rental includes use of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club for your group up to five guests.

Awesome location
Amazing beach house right a Brennecke’s beach. Spectacular location for an active family. We boogie boarded pretty much every day. It was fantastic to sit on the front deck and watch the action. Kitchen was fully equipped, could maybe use a few more drink glasses. Hot tub was awesome at the end of the day. The corn hole/ladder games were enjoyed on the lawn while watching the waves crash. Lots of beach equipment to use, but new beach chairs are needed desperately and an umbrella. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bob!

Wonderful! Amazing location. Lanai spaces have been thoughtfully updated recently with many seating areas, all with beautiful ocean views. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing Vacation
We loved our time here, house was perfect and location was amazing. We loved sitting out on the grass in the lounge chairs early in the morning drinking our coffee and listening/watching the waves. Our night time routine was to walk the short distance to Poipu Beach, see the numerous turtles and the few seals and watch the sunset. The house had everything we wanted and was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and also really enjoyed the access to the Beach Club close by.

Excellent Vacation Home!
I really can’t say enough positive things about this property. The home itself is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds, A/C in the bedrooms and fan in the living room which was more then adequate. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and ample closet space. Everything you need is included (beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, mats, umbrellas) and there is a closet with a bunch of ‘extras’ people have left including books, games, suntan lotion, aloe gel, baby stuff, soft sided beach cooler. But the deck and location are what makes this one special. First day we had a pod of dolphins playing right in front of us as we sat on the deck then we saw multiple whales. Same day on our walk, we saw a seal on the beach, then went into the water on Brenneke’s beach and swam with turtles. Amazing. And then you have a front row seat every evening to watch the sun set over the water which lots of people come to the road in front to watch every night as it is so spectacular. Hands down one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. And Bob was very responsive and kind. Stop looking and just book it!

SO NICE!!!!
Location, 11/10. Property in great condition. Both bedrooms had Mini-split AC, but temp was so nice, never used them. They pushed together 2 beds to make a queen size for the smaller room and we chose that one as with window open could hear the waves all night. So nice! The downside: not this properies problem, but the roosters think 3AM is sunrise and start crowing. Again, not this properies problem as there are chickens EVERYWHERE on the island. Didn't hate them enough to close window to silence them, but they don't help with the jet lag.

My wife and I have lived on Kauai most of our lives and have raised our children here. Kauai is a paradise this side of heaven. When you discover Poipu, you will realize that this is one of Kauai's sparkling areas. We choose to swim and surf in Poipu on a regular basis because it refreshes and revitalizes our souls.

Why they chose this property

Part of what makes Kauai unique, is the abundance of rainfall on the island. Even though we are considered the wettest place in the world, Poipu is unique as the rainfall is usually under 20 inches annually. Which means, even though we live fifteen minutes away, where it can be cloudy and rainy, we drive to Poipu and find it sunny, warm and beautiful. We would not want to see our guests disappointed, so we choose Poipu has the place to have vacation homes.

What makes this property unique

You will find our beachfront home very cozy and romantic. We have many guests who come year after year and some that will come twice a year. They find that they can come to a place, relax and reconnect with their loved ones in ways they may not have know existed. Watching the waves break from our living room and sometimes seeing the whales breach one-hundred yards from shore, is a unique and lovely experience. Also, the kids love Poipu Beach Park, which is less than thirty seconds from our home.
