Villa Nanni is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Nanni you will enjoy a broad view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. Villa Nanni is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Nanni from the parking area along a short route that is flat.
To stay at Villa Nanni you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a swing. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include two leather sofas, two armchairs and a desk. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room also has three double-glazed windows with a view of the sea at a distance and of the coastline.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea at a distance and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a wrought iron single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea at a distance and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
