Terraced house in a privileged location, Le Parc de La Résidence, in the heart of a 40 hectare pine forest, near the wild coast, between the Palmyre golf course and the Zoo.
Access to the Park is reserved for residents. The Club is across the street with tennis, a playground and swimming lessons for children, basketball and golf practice. The Palmyre beach, located 300m away, is supervised and accessible on foot. A stroll by the ocean, on foot or by bike, will take you to the lively restaurants of the port.
The Residence Park is renowned for its calm, while being a few minutes from the shops of La Palmyre.
The house has a private garden with parking space, a terrace overlooking the garden, a living room with convertible sofa 160 type BZ and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, LV ...), a bedroom with 2 80 cm beds (double bed 160) and a bathroom, with washing machine.
La Palmyre is 17 km from Royan and an hour's drive from La Rochelle Airport.

Un petit coin de paradis
Emplacement très bien situé, très calme, à deux pas des commerce, du bord de mer et du zoo de La Palmyre. Parc résidentiel fermé avec gardien, pavillons très espacés les uns des autres au milieu de la pinède dans un cadre très agréable. Appartement indépendant avec tout le confort et le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Bel emplacement mais déception sur le logement
Nous avons loué cette maison pour deux semaines, un couple et 1 enfant en bas âge, plutôt charmés par l'annonce et les prestations proposées. - Points positifs : * Emplacement idéal, à proximité de la plage et du centre ville dans une résidence agréable. Tout est accessible à vélo. * Literie confortable. * Place de stationnement réservée. - Points négatifs : * Mobilier très vieillissant et en bien mauvais état. La commode de la chambre est délabrée ainsi que celle du salon dont le tiroir nous restait dans les mains en le tirant. * L'accès au logement est compliqué, les portes-fenêtres sont très difficiles à ouvrir et à fermer. La propriétaire nous a proposé de les dégriper nous-même avant de finalement faire intervenir quelqu'un... * Aucun geste de bienvenue, pas de produits ménagers, ni d'éponge ou sac poubelle, et un simple rouleau de papier toilette bien entamé. * Facturation des draps et serviettes non indiquée dans l'annonce. * Un lave-vaisselle qui ne lave absolument rien, la vaisselle ressort plus sale encore (véridique). * La vaisselle était très sale à notre arrivée, nous avons du tout relaver intégralement. Surement à cause de ce lave-vaisselle qui n'en est pas un... * L'annonce propose un four, il s'agit en réalité d'un micro-onde grill, donc très petit. * Le frigo est très petit également et nous contraint à refaire les courses chaque semaine. * Aucun tapis dans le logement, nous aurions apprécié un tapis anti-dérapant dans la baignoire, et un tapis d'entrée car le jardin est ensablé et le sable rentre en permanence dans le logement. * Pas de wifi. * Grille pain très sale qui nous a dissuadés de l'utiliser. * Maison mitoyenne de celle des propriétaires, séparés d'un simple buisson entravant l'intimité de chacun. * Le jardin n'en est pas réellement un, il est sous une pinède donc recouvert de sable et d'épines, impraticable pieds nus. Les photos de l'annonce donnent l'impression qu'il s'agit d'un jardin en herbe. De plus, il n'est pas entièrement cloturé et communique avec l'allée accédant à la maison des propriétaires. En conclusion, le strict minimum a été réservé à cette maison, des prestations de mauvaise qualité. Tout est vieillot et donne l'impression qu'aucun effort n'a été accordé à ce logement qui pourrait pourtant être bien mieux. Le seul vrai point fort reste sa position géographique idéale. Très dommage, car beau potentiel mais non exploité.
