Beautiful 2 room apartment well equipped with a view on a tree-shaded terrace (25m2) and a green courtyard. Composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate WC. For sleeping, there is a double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Possibility of adding 2 individual inflatable mattresses. Bed linen and towels are provided. Access to the wifi network. Possibility of parking at an additional cost.

Gemütlich, praktisch, großzügig
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Mit begrünter Terrasse. Ideal für zwei oder notfalls auch für drei Personen. Die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin war angenehm und hilfreich. Die Umgebung ist eher "typisch pariserisch". Die Garage ist eigentlich besser für kleinere Autos. Diese Ferienwohnung ist ohne Einschränkung jederzeit zu empfehlen! Raimund und Chr. aus Berlin (2 Wochen Aufenthalt)

Paris Stay
We had a lovely time at Lydia's place. It is in a great location near three Metro stations and also bus routes. The shops are just down the street and there is a beautiful park up the street from the flat. The flat was clean and comfortable with everything we could need for the stay. There are lots of restaurants, patisseries and other shops around the area as well as several grocery stores. Lydia responded to our messages quickly and her cleaner was very helpful when we arrived.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Paris
I have booked this flat for a week of holidays in Paris and I couldn't have found a better solution. Placed in the heart of the 19th arrondissement, very closed to the beautiful Buttes-Chaumont park and 15 minutes walk from the Cité De Science park La Villette. The area around the flat is beautiful, filled with restaurants, cafes and shops. The owner Lydia is very kind and very responsive. Her flat is perfectly equipped and there is a beautiful terrasse with amazing plants. It is also very clean and all flat instructions are clearly explained and documented. I strongly recommend staying at Lydia's and I will definitely consider booking it again in the future.
