About this property

Detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with private south facing pool.

The Villa is situated in a very scenic area, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the side of a mountain. Denia is 10 minutes by car and Javea is 15 minutes by car. This is a residential area with a supermarket, tennis courts, horse riding, pharmacy, restaurants and an information office. There is a large shopping mall 5 minutes drive by car which houses all the popular shops i.e. Zara, Clarks, C&A, Casa, Eroski and Aldi to name but a few, together with McDonalds and several other restaurants. The villa overlooks a fertile valley growing oranges and almonds. Denia and Javea offer excellent beaches, restaurants and lots of amusements for children. Denia has a beautiful Marina which also has outstanding restaurants and a sea view of a castle.
It is essential that you have access to a car as the villa is situated in a semi-rural location.

Cancellations due to COVID are eligible for a full refund.

Bedroom 1 - King size bed, air conditioning, patio door onto large terrace overlooking pool and garden. En-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and usual bedroom furniture.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds with fitted wardrobe and usual bedroom furniture overlooking terrace and pool.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds joined (6ft), fitted wardrobe and usual bedroom furniture overlooking front garden.

Bathrooms:
En-suite to Bedroom 1 with bath/ shower, wc and hand basin.
Family shower room with wc, wash basin and walk-in shower.

Kitchen:
Medium size with larder fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave coffee percolator, electric kettle, toaster, electric juicer, condiments, good quality pans/ utensils and fire extinguisher.

Utility Room:
Washing Machine, iron & board, boiler, large fridge/ freezer, sun loungers.

Hall cupboard:
Hoover, electric blow heaters, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket.

Living and Dining Room:
Lounge has 2 sofas and one large arm chair, TV, video and DVD, coffee table, various lamp tables, glass and crockery display unit, 2 large rugs on floor.
Separate dining area alongside kitchen, with glass topped table and 4 chairs.

Other:
Washing line in pump room, security system installed.

Towels/ Linen:
Towels/ Beach towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are included.

Terrace:
BBQ and utensils, table and chairs and parasol.

Amenities/ facilities:
Private pool, parking and garden.
Dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, hob/ stove, iron, microwave, oven, washing machine and BBQ.

Outside:
Private pool 8 x 4 meters, beautiful secluded gardens front and rear with palms, bougainvilla, plumbego, jasmine, lavender, olive, orange, lemon, grapefruit and jacaranda. Six poolside lounger beds with cushions, dining table and 4 chairs, 2 arm chairs, parasol, shaded area on terrace with roller shade and parking for 2/3 car at side of villa..

Important points:
There is a driveway at the side of the villa which can park 3 cars. This is on a slope and care must be taken when parking the car. The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated to cater for all seasons. Villa is enclosed by 3 gates, one at the entrance and one at either side of the property.
There is a small gate leading from the terrace to prevent small children from wandering.

Please note for the comfort and safety of yourself and that of other guests, the villa is strictly non-smoking, so smokers please smoke outside and dispose of butts cleanly and safely.
No pets allowed.
There are no hidden costs when you book the villa. Air conditioning, WiFi and Meet and Greet are all included in the price.

Absolute Relaxation in Villa Howard.
It was a great 14 days of relaxation for me and my family. A great house with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom and an extra passage to the terrace and pool. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. In the living area there is a TV with DVD player and 25 DVDs as well as various board games for fun in between. There is also an air conditioner here. There is a large fridge/freezer downstairs in the utility room. We wished a bit he would be at the top. So you always have to walk for the ice cubes, but that's how you keep moving. The pool is great. In the evening you can turn on the lights. We were still in the pool at 2am and in the morning we enjoyed our coffee in the pool and looked over to Pedreguer. Great view. The pool cleaner comes every 2 days and takes care of it. Denia is about 15 minutes drive from the house. The house is located in the urbanization La Sella, the way to the house is a bit like a labyrinth at the beginning, eventually you figured it out. Considering booking again for next year 2024. It's a shame we had to leave this wonderful place. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Inma nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible pendant notre séjour, la maison est très propre. pas de chance la machine à laver est tombé à notre arrivée . Piscine très agréable et bien orientée. L'accès à la maison n'est pas très aisé en voiture mais rien d'insurmontable.

We are a family consisting of retired parents, son, wife and two children who try to spend all our holidays in Spain, but work and schooling leaves plenty of time for other people to enjoy our lovely villa in this wonderful part of the Costa Blanca.

Why they chose this property

The property was custom built for our family as a perfect open and airy home. We extended the terrace area to accommodate small children to allow plenty of space to run around. We even added a dolphin mosaic feature to the swimming pool.

What makes this property unique

The villa is situated in such a beautiful location overlooking stunning mountain views and fertile valleys. It has everything a family would want from a holiday home with easy access to local amenities and beaches.
