The location allows to easily reach the most beautiful areas of the Salento peninsula and the beaches of the Adriatic coast. The modern swimming pool with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside will make stay even more enjoyable. Simple expression of an impressive architecture and light, it shows the fair and respectful of the surrounding nature. Philosophy recovery masterfully by the three stone buildings that can accommodate six people.

The interior is furnished in a minimal-chic style. The choice of materials enhances the soft colors of the typical salentine stone and the white colored walls confer radiance and freshness.

The main unit, located in a dominant position overlooking the valley, has a comfortable living area with an American style kitchen, three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom/shower, and an extra small bathroom with toilet. The terraces, loggias and outdoor furniture perfectly combine luxury and tradition.

At about thirty meters from the main unit there are two trulli, which in this case will be closed.

Upon request, our team offers to the guests of the villa a wide range of exclusive services: cleanings, chef, massage therapist, yoga classes, babysitting, boat trips along the Adriatic coast, jeep or vespa tour.

The villa is only 7 km from Ostuni and Cisternino, 14 km from Martina Franca and 15 km from the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Bathrooms have no bidet.
- TV available only for DVD 
- Subdivided in a main unit and two dependance.
- Air conditioner only in the main house.
- Residential waste pick-up not present. Waste disposal by the recycling depot charged to the client or extra service with additional fee of 100€/week to be paid on site.
