The apartment is brand new and has been furnished and fully equipped to provide clean, comfortable accommodation. Unlimited WiFi. Smoke detectors.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, hob and extractor fan. Dishwasher, Microwave with grill, toaster and kettle.

King size bed with cotton pocket sprung mattress and duck down duvet and pillows. White Egyptian cotton bed linen. Fresh laundered bed linen and towels are delivered each week at your convenience.

Three door wardrobe with shelves and full length mirror. Chest of drawers and bedside storage with touch control lamps. Hair dryer.

The large bright, tiled bathroom has both bath and shower. Basin, toilet, wall cabinet, mirror, shaver socket, heated towel rail and electric extractor fan.

The garden has a large decked terrace which leads down to a lawn area. The garden has access to the carport and covered bicycle store.

Highly Recommend
We stayed at this apartment for a week and it is one of the best places we have rented through VRBO or any other site. Kerrie is a great host, she was always accessible and responded promptly. The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a short taxi or bus ride to the city centre. About 9 pounds by taxi and 2 pounds by bus one way. The closest Tesco Superstore at Fulbourn is also about ten mins drive, but there are smaller stores within walking distance as well. The apartment is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Clean linen and towels were also available. Some room darkening curtains would be an improvement - not a must! Overall, it's a great place and recommend it highly to anyone visiting Cambridge.

Nice, modern flat with a great garden
The house is nice. Evening was clean and well apportioned. It's convenient to shops, dining, and transportation. And when you open up all three doors to the garden, it's amazing. We had a great stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Cosy, Convenient Stay
This is our third time staying at this property and we love it! It is within walking distance of downtown Cambridge with a leisure center just up the road. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to make a meal. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Thanks again Kerry for a great stay and making holidays with our daughter special.

What makes this property unique

Levada House is close to the City Centre and is ideally placed for Addenbrookes Hospital, University departments and ARM. Less than a mile to Cambridge Mainline Railway Station, London 45 minutes.
Across the road from Levada House is a bus stop with busses arriving about every 10 minutes to the City Centre.

There is a Pharmacy an Italian deli (who make the most fantastic bread), wine store, post office and Fish & Chip shop and other convenience stores just around the corner.
A few hundred yards along Coleridge Road there is a pleasure park with two brand new public Tennis courts where you can just pitch up and play!
