This is a private bedroom on the 3rd level of a 3 story townhouse with a private linen stocked bathroom, kitchenette (coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, blender, cutlery and refrigerator/freezer) stocked with Starbucks coffee/local teas, dishes and flatware service for 4. It also has 50 " SMART TV with cable (local channels) and free Wi-fi.

Room is comfortable for private cooking (microwave, crock pot and rice cooker) and dining, working on your laptop and to care for young children - we have a changing table and extra bedding and other baby care items. We're just a short work to medical facilities which have pediatrics.

The house atmosphere is quiet and since room is on 3rd level you can relax and have privacy. Perfect for remote workers, there’s a printer on site and we high speed Internet and WiFi.

Within walking distance of plenty of parks and the beach (Ala Moana Beach Park and the Kaka'ako Waterfront Park and just 3 miles from Waikiki. Ideal for working professionals, business travelers and military/govt travelers. We have a wireless printer available. Just 15 minutes away from Tripler Army Medical Center.

** This space is PERFECT for singles, couples and families with up to 2 small children. We also have a garden patio for outdoor dining & smoking. It's also a great room to work in with a laptop table and private dining setup. Our listing is very close to a FedEx Center and a US Post office to process business mail and documents.

Ben is native to Honolulu and we met and found love in paradise. We're both veterans who are well- travelled and want to share our ALOHA with quests and provide a " personal touch" so that our guests feel truly WELCOME in our home. When I first arrived here for work in May of 2016, I had to use short-term rentals until I was able to secure housing and I continue to use it for special occasions.
Now I have my own home to share some of the great hospitality and ALOHA with others. Whether you're trip is for work, play, military or medical. Ben and I will provide your with everything that you need & a few things that you might have forgotten (toiletries) to insure that you stay in Hawaii is as beautiful as a day at the beach.
Ben is a tradesman (fire-suppression systems) - Plumber & Pipefiiters Local 675 and Army veteran who is now the CEO and owner-operator with a great smile to greet you upon check-in.
I'm a ARRT licensed Radiologic Technologist (CPR) certified (both adult and pediatric) and USAF Persian Gulf veteran (Avionics) currently working at the Tripler AMC in Radiology. I also have 2 years experience working at the VA so I'm well versed in the care of veterans. Before coming to Honolulu, I spent 8 years working in Pediatric Radiology for the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta after graduating with Honors from the Medical Science (Imaging) School at Emory University.
We would like to invite our guests to share our Aloha during your stay & also provide local information on tours, events and cultural arts through our social media platforms ( Fbook & IG) “Chimera Luxe Accommodations”.
We offer plenty of local information, tourism assistance, housing assistance for professionals (military, business and medical) who are transitioning here for work and even all the things new parents would need for their babies & small children. We spend most of our evenings walking our neighborhood enjoying the many sights, sounds and flavors.

Why they chose this property

We are a working couple and needed a place close to downtown so we can enjoy all of Honolulu's amenities in a "live, work, play" community. We're a walk/bike-ride away from everything that we need: retail, groceries, entertainment, art/culture and restaurants and of course the beach are no more than 15 minutes away.

***Prospective Guests/Tenants - please be advised we're only accepting booking requests/responding to messages from verified travelers who have been reviewed and with at least 90 day VRBO/HomeAway membership ONLY** Aloha and Mahalo!

We give preference to booking requests that are at least 30 days before desired date of check-in/move in and once confirmed we require all guests to have personalized renters insurance for stays of 60 days and over. All stays will be reevaluated every 90 days.
