It was wonderful, clean, and quiet!!!!
The whole place is nice and quiet. A great place to relax. I had a rental car and I definitely suggest having one if staying there. The room was very comfortable. The only hickup was that the AC was not working properly. It leaked water and we had to clean up (clean) water every day. But even with that i would return and stay there. The staff was friendly. Overall all i loved my stay!

Nice, not great location
First impression needs maintenance. We arrived late and are told we will be staying in a different room than Miguel’s (A109) for the first 4 nights. We are taken to this very old room, at least it was clean. However the mattress was old and moldy. We did not want to stay our full 10 nights. Migual was unwilling to refund us so we had to stay. But when we finally got to A109 it was much better. Newish renovated however the humidity has caused mold and rust. The view from the room was beautiful and could hear the waves at night. This place is not fancy but Miguel’s place is comfortable. Very good AC but only in the bedroom. A few notes, bring your own towels because the hotel only gives one per person and they never changed them or the bedsheets. It’s going to cost ALOT to take a cab from PUJ. Only small expensive grocery stores within walking distance. Resort itself felt very safe but if your out past sunset (6pm) it’s a sketchy walk home because there’s few street lights and abandoned lots along the way. There is no laundry Matt in the resort but One within walking distance. A little bit of a walk if you have a ton of laundry to pack. The beach has some garbage and you cannot swim there. It’s more just to look at. No hot water it’s just sometimes warm. The staff was friendly. It was clean and I saw no roaches. Would we stay there again? Probably not. The location was just hard without a car. We ended up mostly eating out because the grocery store was so far away. The cab Ride was super expensive. We didn’t like having to be home by 6pm while all the excitement happened further down the road. It felt lonely especially on the weeknights. The resort itself was on point with the price so if have a car it might be the place for you.
