The home offers a large backyard, and in-ground trampoline for children weighing less 150lbs. (use at your own risk)- Closed for the Season

Why they chose this property

You will truly enjoy the quietness of Saratoga Springs, this Home is a gem, very spacious and roomy. Good for families or business travelers.

What makes this property unique

Guest access- Via Keypad on the front door, the code will be furnished upon booking.
Guest also have access to the house thru the garage, west side fence, east side fence, and sliding door on the main floor kitchen.
I enjoy meeting all my guest but it is not always possible. Your safety and privacy are my top priorities.
The home is located in a quite safe neighborhood located 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 30 Min from Provo, 7 minutes from Talon's Cove (18 hole golf course), 10 minutes from the NSA, 10 Minutes from Camp Williams, 10 minutes from the future home of Facebook, 10 Minutes from Smiths grocery store, 20 minutes from Silicone Slopes or Thanksgiving Point.
Less than an hour away from world class ski resorts.
Guest will have direct access to the 3 car garage which connects directly to the house.
We have set several information magazines on the kitchen counter for additional information.
