Spanish Stesps Rome apartment is located in an ancient 800 building. Only four minutes walk from the luxurious Via Veneto and Villa Borghese. About ten minutes walking from Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), Piazza del Popolo, Trevi Fountain and a pleasant walk to Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

The apartmnet is an elegant Suite, recently renovated, on the fourth floor with elevator, with modern design furniture. The spacious master bedroom has a very large bed, a large closet and a third bed o sofa. The other room is smaller and has a single bed and a pull-out bed for two people or it can become a simple sitting area, as required. The apartment has free ultra-fast WIFI, smart TV connected to Internet, individually controlled air conditioning, soundproof windows, shutters adjustable in total darkness, very comfortable mattresses. The kitchenette has utensils, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric pot and also board and iron free on request.

Two bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower bidet and one of these with shower. They are equipped with soap, shampoo and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are included.
AREA SUPER CONNECTED. Two metro: Metro Repubblica and Barberini Metro (to the Vatican in 10 minutes), only 50 m. to Piazza Fiume for plenty of buses. Nearby there are four private guarded car parking for a fee. ONLY two bus stops to Termini Railway Station and the Air Terminal to the airport.
Going to Via Veneto you will find elegant restaurant-bar and luxury shopping in Piazza di Spagna. Going towards Piazza Fiume you find all kinds of shops, clothing, organic products, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, laundries, local markets and more.
Various museums and theaters nearby (Museum Boncompagni-Art and Fashion, Museum Barberini, Galleria Borghese, Scuderie del Quirinale, Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Opera, Sistina, Eliseo).

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT FROM 21.00 to 24.00 HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE of EUR 40.00€ as well as ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Beyond 24 no check-in is possible.

FEES. The City of Rome requires for each person over 10 years a city tax of 3.50 € per night. The contribution is required only for the first 10 days of stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: The traveler and the people accompanying him o her are personally responsible for any damage to the structure and property. A security deposit on 200,00€ can be required. It will given back on the departure if no damage has been caused.

BY TRAIN
From the Termini railway station, 15 minutes' walk. Or Bus 38, 92, 360, 233 in two stops to Piazza Fiume. From here take via Sicily and then the first on your left and there you are the building door. Bus Fare 1,5€ per person.
If you have luggage, the best thing is to take a taxi. Fare about 10,00-15,00€

TRAVEL BY PLANE
From Fiumicino airport the best thing is coming by taxi, The standard fare is 48,00€ and it takes about 50 minutes to arrive here,

There are some guarded paid parking around, otherwise you can park it along the street.
