Large and sunny house, close to San Antonio bay, completely fenced, ideal for families with children. I'ts located in the field in a quiet area, very calm, near to the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza (Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala d'Hort), perfect for relaxing.
It is located in a plot of 4000m2, in a wooded area. The house has swimming pool, barbecue, a great patio, private parking,. It also has a little "farm" with ducks (3 ducks)

Dependencies: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, terrace, summer dining.
Important: The owner live in a separate house, close and take care of the garden, pool, etc.

Wonderful
The house is large and as described. The kitchen is decently stocked. We also appreciated that the water was safe to drink which is not common on the island. Antonia is wonderful and was always reachable on WhatsApp. She was also very understanding during checkin and not far away in case we needed something like getting the hot water turned on. We didn’t spend much time in the house since we were out exploring but I think it would be quite a nice place to relax. There is also a main gate that locks so it is quite safe. Would happily stay there again if I visit the island in the future.

Nice house with beautiful pool
Antonia was very friendly, the house was very clean and the pool was beautiful. We had a lovely stay! Would definitely stay in the house again.

Great stay
Nice premises, nice location, nice pool. Unlike several friends renting a house in the surrounding, we were asked to not through toilettes paper in flush.
