Your beautiful Fort Lauderdale vacation home is located in Harbors, Rio Vista, and Las Olas neighborhood, a high-end residential community with gorgeous homes and boats to see. Your home is on 100 feet of water overlooking the inter-coastal with private views of boats, homes, sailboats, etc... (The dock is private and dockage for a boat is not included in the rental). The home is fully functional and comes with everything you need to relax and enjoy, so just pack your clothes. 3 bedrooms, Pool, 2 full baths, flat-screen TV's, stereo, utensils, towels, internet, cable TV, central air conditioning, outdoor grill, indoor and outdoor eating, etc... You are a 5 minute drive from the airport and beach, stores, shops, restaurants, boating and oh yes sunshine! 5 minute drive to Las Olas Blvd with the best shopping and eating in Fort Lauderdale. This property requires you to complete a rental agreement and provide a copy of your driver's license.

Don't look any further!
This place was WAY better than the pictures give it credit for. It's in the best location, it has the best amenities and is reasonably priced! There were a few hiccups with codes needed but Joe was accessible and got back to us right away!

Great spring break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Joe’s property. The pool right on the canal is amazing. We rarely left other than to pick up some food and drinks. It was really one of the most relaxing stays our family has ever had. The kids loved the pool and looking at the boat coming in and out of the canal.

What a Wonderful Place!
Great little gem with an amazing outdoor space! This house is exactly as described…very quiet, fantastic pool area, perfect location. What a great vacation here! Lots to do, great access to Fort Lauderdale and the coast and super close to the airport. Really easy place to stay.
