ESJ Azul is undergoing renovations and the pool is scheduled to open on March 1 2018. Nevertheless our rates has been reduced to compensate for any
inconvenience. We are receiving guests that will understand we need to keep on going and can be flexible while at the same time enjoys our well-kept beautifully decorated studio apartment. If you want luxury and comfort without paying the price of a hotel, this is certainly a must-stay property.
Right on Isla Verde Beach, this popular Condo is also near all kinds of attractions as well as having some great ones of its own to offer its guests.
It is also just minutes away from the Louis Munoz Marin International Airport.

ESJ Towers is a well-known Condo-Hotel and is different from all the properties in the area. They have an outstanding service, check-in and check-out is available 24 hours, and besides having all the amenities that a guest will dream of....; ESJ has an outstanding location! Next to El San Juan Hotel and Casino, restaurants, fast foods, souvenir shops and with a Concierge in the Lobby.
I just love to experience the neatness of the complex... everything is in order in excellent conditions. Privacy, Luxury and a the best beach in the north of the island.
This was my first time using vrbo. I stayed in many hotels in the Isla Verde area. Great property and easy beach access. Wonderful owner who answered every question I had. They were doing construction within the building but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about. Keep in mind, they are recovering from a hurricane so it’s nice they are coming back from such a terrible disaster. Highly recommend and will rent again! 5 stars!
The apartment had everything we needed: Ocean view, balcony, beds, kitchenette, plenty of hot and cold water, and electricity! We had some friends staying nearby whose water and electricity were sporadic because of hurricane Marie, but ESJ Towers has their own backup systems, so the elevators were always working. The beach was just a few feet away, and umbrellas, towels and chairs were available. Grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants were all within walking distance. There was construction going on during the day, but that didn't bother us because we were out having fun!

Overall it was fine. the room was great. I would rent again for sure if I had the chance. However the entire floor is under construction with a few exceptions and the floor above. So in the mornings construction workers were starting as early as 7am instead of the posted 9am start times. There was a lot of drilling and banging sounds. Many units on this floor had all the tile removed and they were installing new flooring and walls. The hallway was getting new drywall installed. For the first three days this was an issue. The rest of the trip was better since they started later. I sure understand the facility was in need of the repairs and expected some issues but since they were not starting at 9am as posted it was a bit of a lack of rest issue the first few days.
It's a good place since it is so close to the beach and near by amenities. Since the storm the is a lot construction going on which is good but it is loud.
Excellent place, great owner, and an awesome location for working in San Juan.
I hope it is available when I come back.
