Its location in the heights allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain and the valleys, while taking full advantage of the swimming pool and the large garden. The villa has a large living room, a dining room, a large equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and another, large bedroom with its own bathroom and bathtub. It has a private garage for 2 cars. Additionally, in winter, the house features heating. Several attractions are available in the region. Promenade trails, bike rides, jogging, treetop trekking, swimming in the rivers, a visit to the Fisgas de Ermelo waterfalls, wine cellars, and so on. The tourist office is located 5 km away.

Overall it is an excellent house with a wonderful view to the hills. Super quiet, excellent garden and pool, super spacious for a family of 5 with a small dog.

Maison spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Communication très rapide avec le propriétaire via Abritel. Répond quasi immédiatement. Très belle piscine (profondeur maxi 2 mètres). Nous y avons séjourné pendant la canicule et il est vrai que la climatisation nous a manqué pendant les jours les plus chauds. Autrement la maison est bien aérée vu qu'elle est située sur les hauteurs du village. La mer étant un peu loin, je conseille les multiples plages fluviales aux alentours. Il y en a de très belles. Enfin, super restaurant familial à découvrir à 10 min : La quinta de las tapas.
