Quiet residence, apartment T3 renovated, bright, near the city center. View wooded area. 4 people. 5th floor elevator. 15 minutes from the beaches and golf courses of the Basque Country. Near Spain. This is a cozy apartment, very quiet and very sunny. Double stay very comfortable. Two bedrooms, bathroom, Loggia, garage. Bed linen and towels provided.
Apartment very well equipped. Travelers have access to all the facilities needed in everyday life.
Close to shops (butcher and bakery). A 5-minute walk from the town center along the Nive.
I will welcome travelers.

Very pleasant
The apartment is well equipped even for a longer stay. Communication with the owner was friendly and the arrangements were very accomodating. The furniture may not be brand new but is certainly charming and tasteful. We enjoyed our very pleasant and relaxing time there.

Les moins: immeuble de 11 étages datant des années 50. Isolation phonique défaillante. Meubles et déco d'une personne très âgée, chaises et fauteuils effondrés, ambiance fin de vie. Salle de bain minuscule à refaire entièrement. Rapport qualité / prix défavorable. Les plus: garage. Halles à 6 mn à pieds. Cuisine refaite recement et bien équipée.

Grand appartement très agréable
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux. Un seul bémol, mais qui va être résolu... la panne de la machine à laver le linge et le parquet qui grince un peu, mais on s'y habitue très vite! ;-)

Appartement très bien situé et agréable.
Notre séjour a été très agréable !! Seul bémol mineur, le mobilier est un peu vétuste. Une petite touche de modernité et ce serait parfait pour exploiter le potentiel de ce bel appartement !

Exceptionnel !
Accueil très sympathique et efficace de la propriétaire. Appartement très bien équipé, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bayonne. Pouvoir aller au centre ville à pieds est un vrai luxe ! Le garage est très appréciable. Proximité immédiate d'une boulangerie et d'une très très bonne boucherie. Les soirs de match on profite de l'ambiance du stade et des chants basques. Tout était parfait, MERCI !!
