Incredible house just above the cove of Banyalbufar.
It has stunning views and is just 5 minutes walk to the Cala de Banyalbufar. It has a particular path that goes down to the rocks in front and where you can directly access the water and swim.
It is fully equipped, with practical decoration and lots of charm.
The house has been renovated and equipped with everything you need to spend a quiet holiday, both summer and winter. It has a fireplace, heating, air conditioning, two full bathrooms and three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are available to guests.

Une vue incroyable, une maison adorable et très bien équipée mais un accès difficile et une pente raide pour aller à la mer ou au parking. À déconseiller avec de jeunes enfants !

Beautiful sea views but very inconvenient
The positives- beautiful views, nicely decorated, nice terrace with sea view, can walk to town for dinner in about 15-20 minutes, bakery in town with great pastries, strong air conditioning in second floor bedroom and living room The negatives- parking is very inconvenient- the house description indicates that there is no specific parking, but it was not clear to me before getting there how difficult the parking situation was. The house is at the bottom of a steep road on the way to the cala- you need to stop your car in the street, take your bags out and walk across a part-paved, part-dirt path for about five minutes, and then go down two staircases to enter the house. There is no close street parking- there is a parking lot about a 5-10 minute walk up the steep road (it was full every time we tried to park there- maybe better when not August) and another lot on the other side of town (about five minutes further) which we had better luck with. The second floor bedroom with the beautiful windows is not connected to the rest of the house internally- you need to go outside through locked doors to reach the rest of the house, which is not great with children. There is also no air conditioning in the two 1st floor smaller bedrooms, although they did eventually cool off with the living room AC running overnight (there are quite a lot of mosquitos and no screens, otherwise we would have opened the windows for the breeze). The kitchen feels a bit run down (chipped dishes and glasses.) As we had seen in other reviews that there was an ant issue, we only ate breakfast outdoors, took out the garbage daily and kept all food in the fridge. Even so, the ants were in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and even in the bedrooms, including the second bedroom. I think this house could be okay for the right renter as long as they’re aware of the house’s challenges!

Superbe vue et levers de soleil à couper le souffle !
Nous avons passé du très bon temps dans cette propriété, superbement localisée et avons apprécié nous endormir en écoutant le bruit des vagues. De par sa proximité avec la nature, quelques fourmis étaient présentes à l'intérieur dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Somme toute, expérience bien positive !

Peaceful place with fantastic view
Perfect house for a relaxing stay on beautiful Mallorca. The view is spectacular and you have all the facilities you need. The downside was that the private path to the sea didn’t exist. Maybe if you were a professional climber you could have made it uninjured, but not without taking a big leap of fath. Also a small minus for the ants that came to visit If you left anything eatable out of the refrigerator.

Das Haus liegt an einer wunderbaren Bucht, aber es ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen!
Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Villa mit 4 Erwachsen sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Bucht und man hat von der Terrasse einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das Meer. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas beschwerlich und für Menschen mit Handicap vollkommen ungeeignet. Es gibt auch keinen TV oder Aufzug, wie in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist auch abendteuerlich . Die Villa sollte für den Preis mal renoviert und aufgehübscht werden; denn an der ein oder anderen Stelle bröckelt der Putz und die Farbe ab . Insgesamt war es doch ein unbeschreiblich schöner Urlaub in einer herrlichen Umgebung .
