It is a bright and welcoming terraced house, fully furnished since summer 2014 and equipped with all comforts: ducted air conditioner, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV, hairdryer, dishes, sheets, towels, beach umbrella.
It is composed as follows:
- the tavern consists of a large unfurnished room;
- the ground floor consists of a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower;
- on the upper floor there is a large double bedroom with master bathroom, another double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a small bathroom;
- the attic is not furnished and gives access to the terrace.
