This beautifully, newly furnished, 5 bedroom home sits on top of a hill over-looking vineyard and Skaha Lake . Beautiful mountain and lake views from every window! Located inthe pictureque village of Kaleden a bedroom community of Penticton. It's a short 5 min drive to downtown Penticton.

The home is located on a 2 acre property and is completely private and secluded. Includes its own small vineyard, apple trees, peach trees, cherry trees, apricot trees and beautiful perennial gardens!

You can enjoy beaches - it's just a 10 minute walk to Kaleden's own sandy beach and tennis courts on Skaha Lake or a 5 minute drive to Skaha Beach in Penticton.

Wlkers and hikers will enjoy the scenic KVR trail that passes through Kalaeden along the lake. Great for bird watching! there are several wineries in Kaleden and the world reknowned wineries of Naramata ( just north of kaleden) and Okangan Falls, Oliver and Osoyoos ar ejust south of Kaleden. There are 8 eight golf courses within 15 minutes of the house and endless sightseeing in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.

This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3000 sq. ft home on 2 sunny acres of vineyard, gardens and fruit trees. Country setting with lots of room for kids to play. Enjoy a BBQ on the large, lake and mountain view deck! Home is centrally air conditioned for your comfort and the kitchen is well stocked for you foodies out there! Pet Friendly (1 dog allowed).

This gorgeous estate home is located close tot he shores of beautiful Skaha Lake in the village of Kaleden - a bedroom community of Penticton. its a short 5 min drive to downtown Penticton, the hockey school, the channel float or skaha Beach. but no need to go that far because kaleden has its own beautiful park and beach with facilitie3s and te3nnis coursts just 1.5 miles form the house. There are several winieries in Kaleden and many more in the neighbouring town of Okanagan Falls and the golden Mile in Oliver, BC a short 1/2 hr drive to the south. There are also several golf courses in close driving sitance including the reknowned Fairview golf Course about an 1/2 dr south or Penticton Golf Course about 10 min drive to the north.

Skaha Lake Vineyard Estate has a long winding, gated driveway that passes through vineyard and fruit trees. Lots of room fo rthe kids to play and a very comfortabel and well-appointed home for everyone to relax in and enjoy.

- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and linens are professionally laundered at no extra cost to our guests for bookings of 3 nights or more. For bookings less than 3 nights a $200 clean fee applies.
- No long list of duties when you check out! We don't want you working on your holiday!
- 5% tax is applicable to only 30% of the reservation total.
-credit card required for pre-approval of damage deposit $750.00
- A 35% deposit is required to make a reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A damage deposit on Visa or Mastercard is required at check-in. Amount is pre-approved only. Charges are processed only if damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing inventory, excessive cleaning or late check-out occur.
