We live in Annecy and we completely fell for it

a double bed 140 cm bedroom with air conditioning and television
bathroom shower basin separate toilet, washing machine,
, in a secure closed complex with barriers in the evening
5 MM from shops, bar, restaurant, brasserie, swimming pool access with drinks, tennis, and all that on foot ....
(Swimming pool at the brasserie du carre noir accessible with optional drinks and tennis ...)
and especially 10 MM from the beach on foot .....

Traumhafte Lage
Sehr süße kleine Wohnung - perfekt für 2 Personen. Herrliche Terrasse mit Blick über die Bucht. Alles in der Wohnung ist vorhanden, inkl Grill. Man läuft 10 min den Berg runter zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
