The two balconies, exposed respectively on the tree-lined avenue and the sea and on the internal parking and the green condominium, make the apartment pleasantly airy; it is also served by an efficient independent air conditioning and general heating system. The accommodation is located on the first floor with lift and is in excellent condition, just renovated (May 2014), furnished and equipped for 8 beds. The apartment is equipped with the following accessories: 4 televisions, one with satellite TV and 3 with digital terrestrial TV, kitchen with gas hob and electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, blender, washing machine, ironing board, iron ironing board, hairdryer and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
