Independent apartment, recently renovated, of about 50 square meters, with garden-terrace of about 40 square meters more. A double bedroom, large open plan kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher and two comfortable sofa beds. Large bathroom with shower very stylish and comfortable. Beautiful, enchanting and breathtaking view of the bay of Giardini-Naxos and Etna that stands majestically in front. Parking included in the price. Near the city center but at the same time isolated and peaceful. The center in the car is less than a kilometer. A walk to the Duomo, located in the main street of Taormina, in a few minutes through the use of public staircases. Distance from the sea about 7-8 minutes by car. From the center you can reach the sea (Isola Bella) by cable car.

Beautiful views.
Lovely views of Etna and the sea. Very good restaurants and shopping down in the town. You can get some extra exercise by taking the stairs down instead of driving

Great rental in great location.
The apartment is beautiful and our host Gianfranco was welcoming and helpful. As mentioned there are many stairs down too the town center but there are cabs and a local bus as well. Overall the location is perfect as there is a terrific view from the patio. We would highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous views over Taormina and Etna
Gianfranco's property is situated high above the busy parts of Taormina, and has a lovely garden area with a shady patio. We had a very happy time there, which was partly to renew our acquaintance with Taormina after 17 years, but also to attend the Simple Minds concert in the Teatro Antico - amazing!! Gianfranco is the perfect host, most friendly and helpful and we fully recommend the apartment. There are steps down to Corso Umberto right next to the property, but be aware they are quite steep in places, and there are 250 of them - we counted ! This may not suit everybody, hence the 4 stars for Location. Otherwise - a comfortable bed, good rain head shower and adequately equipped kitchen - all we needed for our week. Thanks again, Gianfranco.

Perfect house, location and host!
My wife and I stayed a week in this fantastic house the end of june. The house was so nice and clean, the view was breathtaking, and Gianfranco was a fantastic host! Very helpful and giving a lot of informations about the area, and where to go for eating, purchasing groceries etc. Also good exercising when using the stairs, bringing you to city center in a few minutes. In addition to the nice private garden and terrace, there is a very big and wonderful roof terrace with an even more fantastic view! A very nice stay, and we will love to come back to this place!
