**Magnificent apartment located in the center of Tamariu, just 200 meters from the beach, with an exceptional situation and a south-west exposition**.

The apartment, completely renovated, has a spacious living room with fireplace and a large terrace. Modern fully equipped kitchen. It has a bedroom suite and two double bedrooms - all with fitted wardrobes. One bathrooms with shower. Access to the upper floor - terrace, where there is a wonderful terrace. Barbecue area.

On the ground floor there are a garage and laundry area . On the same level we found one doublbedroom with showeroom on suitthis room iscompletely independent of the apartment. Heating and Air conditioning,WiFi.

**Capacity: 8 people**.

**There is an extra 80€ charge for short stays of between three and six nights. This additional cost is not included in the rental price**.

super appartement
Très fonctionnel, élégant, très bien situé, le plus le rooftop avec son bassin. Vraiment très bien !!! À améliorer selon nous : rafraichir les douches des salles de bains (murs...) et avoir un systeme de recyclage et de nettoyage de l'eau du bassin sur la terrasse.
