The holiday house "TATIHOU" is a semi-detached accommodation located in Saint Jean de la Rivière near Barneville-Carteret (Normandy). Close to a sandy beach (80m), it has a private garden with very sunny terrace, facing south-west.
Recently built (completed in 2006) our house offers great comfort in a quiet environment. The amenities are however nearby (bars, restaurants, 2 supermarkets, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, wine merchant etc ...).
House type F4 with its 87 m², it consists of 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets (with a bathroom and a WC on the ground floor), 3 bedrooms, an open fitted kitchen (10 m²), a dining room of 30 m².
The beds consist of 2 double beds and two single beds. The house can thus accommodate up to 6 people.

This rental is classified ** by the Manche departmental tourism committee.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge (with freezer compartment), a coffee maker as well as a 'an electric kettle. All crockery as well as cooking and cooking utensils are provided. Grills can be prepared using the fixed barbecue set in the garden.

Our accommodation is equipped with a free WIFI Internet connection, a flat screen TV TNT HD (82cm), a home cinema, a DVD player, a satellite decoder "ASTRA" (French, English channels and German).

The cottage has a washing machine and we also provide you, on request, baby equipment consisting of a cot, a high chair and a bathtub.
