Tram stop at 5 minutes (Pérols - Montpellier city center in 25 minutes); access beaches of Carnon by tram (1 station + bus shuttle) or bike cycle path along the ponds in 10 minutes.
Several car locations possible facing the house.
Ideal location between Montpellier and Carnon beach, at the gateway to the Camargue, in the pretty village of Pérols with bovine traditions (bull releases, ferrades, country markets ... all summer).
