Needs work
Location and size were perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space and beds to comfortably enjoy our weekend. Beyond the size and location of the property, there wasn't much else to compliment. Any prospective renter should be aware there are many upkeep issues that need to be addressed at the property. The house was not clean when we arrived, but the cleanliness of the floors / house was the least of the issues. The backyard patio space was not as pictured in the listing - there were full garbage cans left from the last group that smelled terrible and garbage located all over the back and side of the house that made us avoid using the back patio area at all. The oven door nearly fell off when we tried using it and the oven interior looked as if it had never been cleaned. The refrigerator hinges we also broken with exposed wires hanging out the top. In the master bedroom, there was a shattered sliding glass door that the owner is aware of but had not repaired ahead of our visit. The grill fired up fine but the handle fell off before we could even start grilling anything. Overall our group was disappointed in all of the upkeep issues we experienced with this house and, although we loved our time in LBI, we would avoid staying here in the future.

Great beach house
We stayed here for a long weekend and hope to return for another trip! The house size and location is wonderful for larger families or groups. There is ample indoor and outdoor space. House location is walkable to a few shops, a coffee cafe and great restaurants. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Perfect for large group!
We were two families of five, and this was the perfect set up for us! The layout of the home is fantastic - we had plenty of space and never felt we were in each others' way. Just two short blocks to the beach, and 2 short blocks to the bay - perfect for viewing the sunrise and sunset. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to emails. Highly recommend!
