It is on the outskirts of Nyons that this haven of tranquility offers you a panoramic view of the Serre-de-Reynier, while being close to the many amenities that the city can offer you: restaurants, shops, walks ...
The fenced pool on its large garden with olive trees will offer you relaxation and pleasure. In the extension of the swimming pool, a large wooden terrace offers a breathtaking view, accompanied by a barbecue allowing you to enjoy the sunny days.
To keep you entertained with your children, a large pétanque court provided with boules, swings, a slide and a panel of board games are at your disposal.
In addition, the household linen (sheets, towels ...) is provided, as well as the consumable (coffee, filters, pods, teas, juice, pasta, rice, oils, spices, etc.), with Wi-Fi, TV and NETFLIX package included.
Also note that baby essentials (cot, changing table, high chair, bathtub, plastic dishes) are available.
The house is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with or without children).

Maison neuve avec plancher rafraîchissant. Très appréciable. Maison très propre. Très bonne literie. Piscine au top. Petit bémol sur la vaisselle. Pas assez de plat pour 7, manque des couvercles. En ce qui concerne l extérieur pas assez de bain de soleil. La piscine est trop proche de la baie vitrée (en plus il y a le grillage de sécurité) ce qui laisse peu de place pour manger. À 3 min de Nyons. Lotissement extrêment calme. Pas un bruit. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour
Vacances très relaxante dans cette belle maison au calme et très bien située. Maison très bien équipée, belle terrasse avec piscine, les enfants en ont bien profité tous les jours. Un plus, le bus électrique et gratuit qui vous emmène en ville. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réactif.Un grand merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour ressourçant
La maison correspond aux photos, elle est dans une impasse au calme et le salon a une vue magnifique sur les collines environnantes. Nous avons profité de la terrasse, et pu manger dehors. La location est très bien située, près de Nyons, de ses commerces (supermarchés, boucher, boulanger, tabac presse etc..), et de son marché (2 jours par semaine). Sa localisation permet aussi de visiter les environs (châteaux de Grignan et de Suze la Rousse, Orange...), et de profiter des sentiers pédestres nyonsais. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et agréable.

Prima woning en vriendelijke eigenaar maar het klopt niet helemaal wat op site staat
Het is een bovengemiddelde vakantiewoning maar een aantal zaken waren irritant. Wasmachine ging kapot ( eigenaar bood vriendelijk aan dat hij wel wilde wassen voor ons). Op de site stond dat er een droger was maar die ontbrak. We konden alleen buiten drogen en bij wat minder weer niet. Wij hadden een aantal dagen met regen niet wassen dus . Met 1 handdoek per persoon wordt dit wel erg moeilijk. Vindt de prijs dus noet in verhouding tot de woning.

Excellent séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la drome. La vue est superbe et poétique et la maison de plein pied, parfaite pour une famille. Le plancher rafraîchissant était idéal, nous n’avons pas du tout souffert de la chaleur. Nous avons pu facilement rayonner pour visiter Grignan et les domaines viticoles. Un grand merci pour votre accueil et au plaisir de vous revoir !
