Accommodation ideally located at 800 m from the beach of Vertbois, which borders the forest, common Dolus d'Oléron: beach accessible by foot and bike (cycle tracks). The shops (Grandvillage Market, Grandvillage Super U and Intermarché de Dolus) are 3 km away.
This is the villa "Becassine", separated into three adjoining rentals, on a private property with large garden and private parking.
This ground floor accommodation contains a bedroom (double bed 160) + bathroom (shower + wc) and living room with kitchen and sofa-beds (two beds of 90) + independent terrace.
Maximum 4 people (children over 2 years old). Wireless.
If you do not want to charge, the cleaning fee is 70 euros (payable on arrival).
Resident on Oléron, I will be happy to advise you the "good plans" resto and others of the south of the Ile d'Oléron. I will leave you a map and a practical guide to discover the island and the many activities it allows: fariente, tanning and swimming, hiking, surfing, scuba diving, sand yachting etc.

Prachtige locatie
Prachtig vakantiehuisje op 800 meter van het strand en 10 autominuten van het centrum met bakker en supermarkt. Leuk, zonnig ingericht huisje met houtdetails en met alle faciliteiten wo vaatwasser. Zeker een aanrader, wij gaan beslist nog een keer!

Déçus
Pas du tout idéal pour une famille ! Maison coupée en 3 logements . Isolation phonique entre très mauvaise voir inexistante. Toilettes dans la salle de bain avec une douche qui fonctionne à moitié. La seule ouverture donne dans une rue qui fait face a une grande résidence et donc très passante. Nous aurions eu plus d'intimité dans un mobil home. Pas de télévision, de machine à laver ni de four et très vieilles plaques de cuisson. 6 épingles à linge pour les 3 logements. Les seuls points positifs sont pour moi la literie dans l'unique chambre et la propreté du logement.

Small ans beautiful
Nice place, with a big garden and several barbecues. Clean and lovely decorated. Very close to the nice beach. No TV/DVD, noisy street. Very engaged and friendly lessor. Thanks!
