This luxury holiday penthouse in Malaga, which sleeps four people, is located on the 4th floor (top floor) of a newly constructed building, with lift, and offers two large modern bedrooms, one with four poster bed, private parking, high speed Internet, satellite TV and a fantastic terrace (55 m2) offering sun most of the day. The accomodation in Malaga offers a unique opportunity to stay first class in the heart of the city with high quality furniture, modern colours and a practical design that makes your holiday perfect from check-in till check-out.

This modern and stylish holiday apartment in Malaga city centre is set on two levels and the lower level offers a large living room with flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, large dining table and access to the charming terrace, four sun beds, outdoor dining table and a trendy outdoor sofa lounge. On the lower level you will also find a modern kitchen with all accessories, a large bedroom with four poster bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with double shower. There is direct access from the bedroom to the terrace.

A beautiful staircase in the living room leads up to the top floor, offering a large bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and skylight where you can look directly up into the sky. The bedroom has en-suite bathroom with double shower.

The property has air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room. If you should need to park the car on a city break holiday, then we offer free parking in the same building.

Hosts are very responsive and very easy to work with.
The property is amazing and located in the perfect place. It's safe and makes it easy to get to anyplace in Malaga. The terrace is amazing, and the apartment is just like the pictures. I saw a review saying that the living room was smaller than expected, but it is exactly like the pictures show. This is a great place to stay, and the hosts are very responsive and very easy to work with.

Lovely and very clean!
Lovely and very clean! The balcony is large and well furnished. If you are away in the afternoon, it receives full sun, so it is hot, but the awning works well and a cool breeze shows up when the sun goes down. The beds were comfortable, shower worked great, bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, hand/hair soap, and hand wash. The location is perfectly in the middle of everything, with shops, coffee, grocery, restaurants all nearby, but very quiet at night. The washer/dryer worked well (takes a while, typical for a combo machine). The instructions book was spot on, wifi worked well, and communication was rapid and excellent (thank you Steffen and Damian). Stayed here twice during our trip and would book it again. Suggestions: no paper towelsnapkins and 1-2 kitchen towels. If you plan on eating in when you arrive, Carrefour Express is 5 min away for supplies. Also, no coffee is provided, but they have a coffee machine and Bertani Cafe is around the corner.
