Excellent place to stay. Nice location close to stores, beach and public transport. Laurie is very good host. Place is wonderful and I would go again and highly recommend to everybody. We stayed for a week in Jun and enjoyed the place and Nice.

If you need a parking space...
The description says that there is a parking. There is no parking on the premises. There is an expensive public parking nearby. No arrangement is made between the apparmtent owner and the public parking.

Espace.
Accès facile et rapide vers le centre grâce au tram. Commerces de proximité. Appartement de bon goût et confortable. Dommage que le 2° salon ne soit pas une vraie chambre. Avec la TV, impossible à l'occupant de cet espace d'en faire une chambre confortable. Aucun espace de rangement non plus pour ce local. Le canapé lit n'est pas des plus confortable. La salle de bain demande une bonne rénovation de la plomberie (WC et ballon d'eau chaude qui coulent.) Concernant la cuisine, elle est bien équipée. Il faudrait juste plus de tasses. Merci à notre hôtesse Laura pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

We had a lovely time , Laure was excellent and explained everything plus has to patience to wait for us because our flight was delayed .

Beautiful old apartment but
Good location for visiting Nice and surrounding area. Perfect for the beach. However the road outside both front and back is very noisy. Also expected 3 bedrooms. Only 1 was a bedroom and sofa beds in the other 2. The single sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable for my 17yr old. Kitchen not very well equipped with crockery or glasses. Lovely old apartment and building just sadly a bit misleading description. It has 1 bedroom and 2 living rooms
