A recent and modern gîte (1st rental for New Year 2015), with 120m2, and sleeps 8! (Possibility 12 beds with the 2 independent bedrooms!)

An old farmhouse converted for your enjoyment.
You will be surrounded by horses, meadows, cows .... it is the countryside.
And what it goes with .... no shops within walking distance, a few tractors, but no car traffic, birdsong, walks in the great outdoors and animals.

As soon as you arrive, a large terrace welcomes you to spend pleasant moments in the heart of the Equestrian Farm.

A sitting area, sofa, flat screen ... fireplace ... for a warm stay, even in the middle of winter.

Two bedrooms with double bed, equipped with bedside table, bedside table, chest of drawers, armchair. The beds will be made for your arrival.

A mezzanine with 4 single beds, very bright. Baby cot.

A bathroom, cabinet with 2 sinks, 2 showers, 2 WCs, washing machine and tumble dryer.

An open kitchen with a large family table that can accommodate 10 to 12 people.

A modern and fully equipped kitchen.

The Equestrian Farm will offer you or your children various activities ... on horseback of course.
But also swimming pool, trampoline, ball, ...
We welcome children on horseback riding during the summer holidays.
The place remains alive during this period, but with a lot of respect for everyone present on the site.

Prices:
The gîte sleeping 8 is between 400 and 600 euros per week depending on the period.
200 euros for 1 night. 300 euros for 2 nights
400 euros per week outside school holidays
500 euros per week during school holidays
600 euros per week for Christmas and New Years celebrations (no overnight rental for the holidays)

The independent rooms (we have 2)
Access is via the same terrace as the gîte. In each room, Double bed, shower, sink, toilet, TV, fridge, table and chairs.
60m2 in total with entrance and kitchenette
Without rental of the gîte: 50 euros per night with breakfast, hand towel, soap provided.
With the rental of the gîte: 35 euros per night without breakfast or toiletries. or 150 euros per week

Cottage and rooms: beds made on arrival.
Tourist tax in addition, calculated according to the price of your rental and the number of people. (ex: 1 week 500 euros for 7 adults = 17.15 euros)
