Semi-detached villa recently built (2017) very nice, quiet and not overlooked located in the historic district of the Winter City with terrace, enclosed garden (400 m²), parking space, private pool, heated and secure and car park,
Fully equipped house of 70 m², located on foot, 600 m from the large beach Pereire, downtown and sports activities (International Golf, Tennis Club, Equestrian Center, Thalasso Center)
The large bedroom upstairs is separated by a partition and directly on the stairs with safety gate for children. Each night area is organized separately for a coherent and structured sharing (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x200)
Ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. (4 people maximum)

Très bon séjour passé dans cette maison, qui est très bien située dans la ville d'hiver d'Arcachon ! Nous avons été bien accueillis, la maison est très bien équipée, pratique! La piscine est appréciable.

Another lovely stay
Our third trip to Caroline’s house, and another lovely week in Arcachon. Great beaches, parks and restaurants. So easy to travel here via TGV.

Séjour au calme avec 2 enfants
Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de Caroline, la maison ainsi que la piscine. Située à proximité du Parc Mauresque et de la plage Pereire, nous avons pu nous balader à vélo avec nos jumeaux de 4 ans. Quelques points à améliorer : des moustiquaires, la propreté sous les meubles, la température de la piscine. Merci pour le super accueil.

emplacement idéal dans la ville d hiver
très agréable séjour dans la ville d hiver d Arcachon .centre ville et plage accessibles à pied en moins d un quart d heure.La location est idéale pour un couple seul ou avec deux enfants .La propriétaire habite dans la maison mitoyenne à la location mais est très discrète et toujours attentive à nos demandes.La ville d ARCACHON est magnifique réservée l été surtout aux vélos et aux piétons.
