Provencal-style house with swimming pool and south-facing terrace with large table, property closed by an automatic gate. Composed of a large living room with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find in the cellar a washing machine and a dryer as well as everything necessary for ironing. The house is equipped with a TV, internet, a games console for children as well as a plancha, and a barbecue. Children can have fun with a swing and a trampoline. Animals are welcome. The owners stay in a small house next door but you will be completely independent.
The property is located 6km from Isle sur la Sorgue, from Pernes les Fontaines. You can discover tourist places like Fontaine de Vaucluse at 10km, Avignon at 20 km. Mont Ventoux is around 20 km away. Beautiful things to discover in a quiet place.
