Hello I'm Captain Bob Mick, My Family has lived in the Arcadia, Bear Lake, Frankfort area for over 140 years. I built this Rental unit with the Main Purpose to create a modern, Nice, comfortable option for a weekly rental that people could use to be close to Lake Michigan, Play Golf, Enjoy water sports of all kinds including Kayaking, Sailing, and power boating. I am happiest when I'm near or in the water. I'm a retired 100ton Boat captain and ran a Fishing Charter service in Alaska for 25 years. My enjoyment is spending time with my Grandkids, two of them live in Bear Lake along with my daughter. I Ride both Motorcycles and Snowmobiles, I Also have a huge like for Sports Cars, so if your interested in where to go in the local area, Let me know. I'd be happy to give you plenty of ideas on where to enjoy your time in Northern Michigan.

The property has two Jacuzzi Tubs, a Washer and Dryer, a Nice deck with Cafe' tables, a Human Touch massage chair, a complete beautiful Cedar cabinet Kitchen with all the newest appliances. It is close to everything to enjoy your Pure Michigan Experience. Lake Michigan has several Beaches close by. Little River Casino is 10 miles away, The Manistee and Betsie River are minutes away. Several Local farms have fresh fruit and vegetable stands. There are Many local Wineries, along with a few Breweries and Even a distillery. All local towns have great restaurants and shops. Local Deer Hunting is available in the Fall along with Beautiful Color tour drives. So bring your Boat in the summer, If you want to Kayak I'll set you up. If you Enjoy Golf you can play a different Course everyday. Ride your Motorcycles up, Drive your sports cars, the scenic M-22 is wonderful. Local Hiking is always available. Bring your Snowmobiles in the Winter and your snow skis/snowboards. This place was built for comfort with a Central Heat and Air conditioning system.

Massage Chair, Jacuzzi Tubs, Great Kitchen, Huge Family Room. Big Bedrooms with Pillow top Queen Beds. All Sheets and Towels are furnished. There is a separate Washer, dryer room. Dishes, cups, glasses, Pots and Pans, stainless Utensils all furnished. Kayaks and canoes are available for use by renters.
