Pretty cottage on 2 floors, completely renovated located on the Alsace Wine Route, only 5 minutes drive from Colmar

On the ground floor you will find:
- an equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine)
- living room with sofa bed for 2 people

On the 1st floor you find:
- a bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washbasin
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140 x 200)

The living room overlooks a small independent terrace, without vis-a-vis and equipped with a barbecue.

Welcome tray with tea, coffee will be at your disposal on your arrival.

Bed linen and towels provided and included in the price.
Free off street parking only (in front of the house). NO parking within the property

Direct and regular bus line to Colmar (bus stop 2 minutes walk)
Bakery, grocery, post office, pharmacy, supermarket nearby and accessible on foot.

Location très bien située pour visiter les plus beaux villages. Par contre pas de volets à l'étage où se situe la chambre et manque de rangements.

Agréable petite maison de vacances
Petite maison meublée très confortable, aménagée avec goût et non visible de la rue. Belles prestations, très propre et très belle salle de bain. Jolie petite terrasse aménagée à l’abris des regards directement accessible depuis le salon. Seul bémol : l’accès à la location est situé au fonds du jardin des propriétaires. La location est située dans une petite ville alsacienne entourée de vignes et proche des sites incontournables d’Alsace.

Nous avons passé une semaine a proximite de colmart pour visiter les villages au alentours. Cottage tres bien situé pour visiter Colmart et ses alentours. Facilité d acces pour se rendre a Fribourg et Strasbourg.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, ausserordentlich gepflegt und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Bäckereien, eine Käserei und Metzger, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe! Ich denke wir werden wiederkommen, wir können es nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!
