1 BEDROOM comprising a bed (160x190), 1 large dressing room. Sheets are provided for the week at no extra charge.

LIVING ROOM comprising a convertible sofa, 1 coffee table, 1 LCD flat screen TV 121cm, 1 storage unit. The living room opens directly onto the terrace.

BATHROOM with window (walk-in shower, washbasin, cupboards) Bath linen (towels and rugs) is provided for the week at no extra charge.

The toilets are separate.

KITCHEN open to the fully equipped living room

A fridge with freezer, washing machine, 3-burner induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kitchen utensils, complete crockery, complete cookware, cutlery, ...).

A table + 4 chairs to take your meals.

PRIVATE TERRACE of 30m2 equipped with a large garden table and 6 chairs, a garden furniture (2 armchairs + coffee table), a parasol, a gas barbecue.

Its exposure is to the south, you will have sun all day. You can enjoy all your meals on the terrace enjoying the unobstructed mountain view.

The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

You will not be asked to pay any cleaning fees, but you will be asked to leave the premises clean as on your arrival.
