propreté et sécurité
120€ à l'avance et en liquide pour le nettoyage au départ, laisse à penser que ce sera propre à l'arrivée, ce qui est très loin des attentes (photos à l'appui si besoin). Piscine: présence d'algues vertes sur les parois, bois défectueux autour=ne pas marcher pieds nus (échardes) et SURTOUT alarme non fonctionnelle. Portail au verrouillage défectueux (sécurité enfant et animaux). Anomalie annonce sur le site Abritel : 2 salles de bain annoncées alors qu'il n'y en a qu'1. Contrat envoyé tardivement, ce qui ne permet pas de s'en rendre compte. Sinon, séjour correct dans une maison et un quartier agréable.

Great property, but needs a refresh
The location and facilities at the property were brilliant and the property manager, Jean-Michel was very welcoming and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the outside space was very comfortable. We loved that the table and sofa area were covered by the roof so you could enjoy the space in any weather. However, the inside of the property would benefit greatly from some updating and renovation as the bedrooms and bathroom are tired and not so comfortable. The kitchen is fine but, again, some renovations would improve it greatly. The property location and the area is very good though and we had a lovely holiday.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles da, was für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die in die Jahre gekommene Terrasse, mit ein paar Stolperfallen, die beseitigt werden sollten.
