Family house with 4 bedrooms, private pool in a fenced garden

House of the 80s completely renovated and air conditioned with a private garden, a swimming pool 8m x 4 fenced and WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and all small appliances necessary equipment (toaster, coffee pod, kettle etc ...). There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and in the other bedroom 2 beds 90 x 190 cm. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a bed 140 x 190 cm. The ground floor is equipped with a bathroom with bath and shower and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You will also find separate toilets.
The property is located in a quiet subdivision 5 km from the beach of Especier, 2 km from a recreation base with acrobranches, paintball and toropiscine for the bravest. You will find the seaside resort of Mimizan-beach with its restaurants, bars and shops at 15 minutes. The house has a WIFI connection.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool
Trotz des wechselhaften Wetters mit einigen Regentagen haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus war prima eingerichtet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Der nächste Strand war sehr schön und meist fast leer. Wir und unsere 2 Hunde hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit.

Schönes Haus mit Pool, ideal für Familien, ca 10 min mit dem Auto zum Strand. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter, die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Leider liegt das Objekt etwas ausserhalb, sodas man oft mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Bas selber besteht eigentlich nur aus einem "Mini Supermarkt". Dafür ist es Abends aber sehr ruhig.

Entspannter Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten
Sehr entspannt, alles unkompliziert und schön. Sehr großes Haus, komplett eingezäunter Garten und Terrasse, Hund kann sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen. Nette Nachbarschaft, fußläufig kleine sehr gute Bäckerei. Toller Strand 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
